About Regulatory Risk Monitor
Regulatory Risk Monitor is a biweekly
newsletter serving the needs of banking compliance officers with regulatory
updates and best practices advice. For more than 20 years, banking compliance
professionals have relied on practical guidance from RRM
to improve their on-the-job performance and effectiveness.
Subscribers depend on RRM for
background on current examination and enforcement activities by the four
federal banking regulators not available anywhere else.
We offer the story behind the civil money penalties and performance
evaluations — straight from the bankers, examiners and consultants involved. In
addition, high-performing banks share the secrets of their success so that peer
bankers can borrow ideas guaranteed to work.
RRM covers:
-
alphabet-soup regulations from A to EE;
-
lending issues;
-
the Patriot Act and money laundering; and
-
privacy and hot-button issues affecting a bank’s compliance operations.
We carry no advertising, only content-rich information. As a rule, we do not
cover company-specific business developments, such as new products,
acquisitions or personnel changes.
RRM also is a unique online research
tool. Readers looking for more information on a story can click on icons to
view underlying source documents. All past RRM
issues are available on our Web site. Readers looking for stories on a specific
topic can use our topical index system or create their own keyword search.
RRM is published 24 times a year.
Subscriptions are $459 annually. Please contact associate publisher
